I have over 25 years of hands-on experience in Project Management and Team Lead experience in system analysis with requirement elicitation and documentation for a system design. I am hands on at a Senior Level in Configuration Analyst in performing data migration, and validation using SQL queries based on a data model. My directive in providing support involves using the AGILE and/or Waterfall methodology for management and traceability during a full or partial SDLC process. Much of my system support has been with FACETS, of over 20 years. However, in addition I have acquired 10 years of combined experience on other claim payer systems that equip me to fully support an implementation, migration, or transition of requirements from a legacy system to a new or updated system or version.
